Are you at risk taking aspirin

The American Medical Association puts the death rate from aspirin-related products as high as 30,000 people a year! One report estimates 76,000 are hospitalized. There are risks and side effects with a daily aspirin routine: One of more common and serious side effect is internal bleeding, particularly gastrointestinal. If there is bleeding in the brain, a stroke can occur. Another serious harmful effect is kidney and liver damage. High doses of aspirin can cause ringing in the ears (tinnitus). There are also aspirin allergies. Aspirin can complicate other medical conditions including asthma, stomach ulcers, and clotting disorder. Aspirin is often prescribed for its magnesium ingredient that supports heart health. If you or someone you know is taking aspirin for heart issues, you might want to have a discussion with your physician about simply taking magnesium to avoid the risks associated with aspirin-related products. No regimen should be changed without consulting your doctor.
